Within the first year, I spent a fortune on repairs and dealt with mechanics who took advantage of me because I didn't understand diesels. Then I found Full Send Diesel. After breaking down on the East Coast, I spoke with Kevin. From the beginning, he was honest, patient, and willing to explain everything in terms I could understand. Full Send diagnosed and repaired my truck, including replacing the heads, and got me safely back on the road to Florida. Months later, I had another major engine failure in South Carolina. Because of the trust Kevin and his team had earned, I had the truck towed all the way back to Full Send. The news was bad—I needed a new engine. Full Send handled the engine replacement, and I knew my truck was in the right hands. Since then, my truck has been running fantastic. And when I've had the occasional concern, Ryan has always answered or called back incredibly quickly and talked me through the situation. I used FSD to install my aftermarket Banks Power accessories- boost tubes, turbo inlet, MAP relocation sensors, Banks Airbox, engine oil pan, transmission pan, PPE oil filter and change the fluids in my differentials. They were professional, knowledgeable and very neat with all the installations. Ryan kept me updated throughout the process and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any and all diesel repairs and upgrades. Will be using them again!

So let me first add 5 extra stars to the first 5!!! This place is a real diamond in the rough. Had a few issues going on with my Ford 450 and contacted this place and was met with the best positive experience you could get as far as customer service. Ryan went above and beyond not once but twice. Talk about knowledge! He is super nice to deal with and treats you exactly like he would want to be treated himself. Same with pricing! Very fair! This place is the real real no price gouging! This guy knows his stuff! My truck was in and out quickly. The turn around time was amazing. Definitely left my truck better than how it showed up there! Super clean mechanic and meticulously engaged. If you have a high performance vehicle and want top notch service THIS IS THE PLACE! Very pleased and will continue to go here! First visit there for a shock upgrade . Great shop to deal with and veteran owned is a plus. This is now my go to shop for everything diesel. Update 420/26 Brought my truck in for some preventive maintenance. Once again I am very pleas ed . These guys have the knowledge and experience to take good care of your diesel needs. Hard working honest and fair prices. Best shop in the area!!!
